About Us
Just Wright Canids is an ODA and USDA licensed, family run, dog breeder located in Monclova, OH.
Our current focus is on producing the following lines: Service Dogs & Service Dog Candidates, Sport/Protection Dogs, Family Dogs, Wolfdogs and Coydogs. We also added a pair of black back jackals in spring 2022.
We partner with Golden Behavior Canine Academy as our dog trainer. She works with all of our dogs, helps with puppy socialization and desensitization, adult dog and puppy enrichment, basic obedience, and anything else we may need. We also donate dogs from our Service Dog litters to her training program. If you are in need of a dog trainer, service dog, or just looking for some advice, I definitely encourage you to reach out to GBCA. There is a form below and her contact info at the bottom of this page.
We offer transport services to the continental USA either by ground or flight nanny.
We take pride in being an ethical and responsible breeder that is producing healthy dogs.

Our Breeding Lines
Service Dogs &
Service Dog Candidates
Our current line has breeds such as Golden Retrievers, Labs, Rough Collies, Doodles, Standard Poodles, German Shepherd and mixes of these. We strive to produce physically and mentally sound dogs that are from specially evaluated pairings to give us a high chance for some viable SD candidates.
We partner with Golden Behavior Canine Academy to assist with breeding decision making, proper puppy rearing to set them up for success, and they get pups from our lines to train in their SD program.

Sport/Protection Dogs
We currently work with Belgian Malinois, Dutch Shepherds and mixes of these two breeds. These are extremely intelligent, super high drive dogs that do best with a very specific type of adopter. They are great candidates for doing sports, training in protection work, or being a working dog in some other way. We usually only have 1-2 litters for this line per year.

Family Dogs
Many of our dogs from our other lines would still make wonderful family dogs even if the main intent of the line is for something else. We work with a variety of breeds that vary in size, personality, and overall care requirements.

Coydogs
We have been working on developing our Coydog line over the last 4 years and we hope to produce our first litter of Coydogs in 2023. In the meantime we will maintain focus on the line development from the dog side of things. Breeds we are working with for the line include, but is not limited to: German Shepherd, Husky, Pomeranian, Eskimo, Finnish Spitz, Keeshond, and Border Collie.

Wolfdogs
We have several wolfdogs of various content in our breeding program. We are focusing more towards the low and low-mid content range and strive to produce WDs that are able to do well in most environments and with most types of families.
